So you want to advocate for food infrastructure, or build it into a housing development… what can this look like?

If you’ve determined the needs of your neighbourhood – is it more places to grow? more places to cook? access to purchase fresh food?

Housing developments and revitalizations have the potential to bring food stores, markets, urban agriculture, commercial and community kitchens, or multi-service food hubs into communities, through infrastructure within new buildings or nearby community centres, parks, etc.

These projects generally take the shape of partnerships.
